Ms. Dhara Shah, F.C.A, qualified Information Systems Auditor (D.I.S.A.), qualified Forensic Auditor (F.A.F.D.) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has graduated from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai. 

She has over the last decade, worked in different practice areas both externally with law firms and the industry and internally within the Firm, including auditing, domestic taxation, financial and corporate advisory. It is under her guidance and supervision that various large audits like statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, due-diligence audits, management audits are conducted.

• She handles the tax compliances and litigations , appeals, scrutinies and other assessments with various tax authorities.
• She has successfully handled statutory bank Branch Audits of State Bank of India & Bank of Baroda.
• She is also empanelled as an Independent Director at one of the renowned Co-operative Banks.
